Our Creative Process
At Pure Angel, every product begins with a spark of inspiration. Whether it's the soothing scent of lavender fields or the vibrant colors of a sunset, I draw from the beauty of nature to create items that delight the senses.
Each candle, wax melt, soap, and piece of jewelry is handmade with love and care. I carefully select high-quality, natural ingredients to ensure that every product is not only beautiful but also gentle and safe for you and your home. The process involves:
- Designing: Sketching out ideas and selecting the perfect combination of scents, colors, and materials.
- Crafting: Hand-pouring candles and wax melts, molding soaps, and assembling jewelry with meticulous attention to detail.
- Testing: Ensuring each product meets high standards of quality and performance.
- Packaging: Wrapping each item beautifully, ready to be gifted or enjoyed by you.
This hands-on approach allows me to infuse each product with a personal touch, making every piece truly unique.
All of my candles and wax melts are hand-poured using vegan soy wax and the highest quality fragrance oils. I blend each batch to the maximum strength to ensure the purest aroma is released every time you use one of my products.
My candles are topped with beautiful natural decorations* that complement the scent, along with biodegradable glitter for a touch of shimmer. They come in frosted white or clear jars, depending on the look you prefer, and are all 20cl in size.
I offer wax melts in snap bars or as heart and flower favor bags. Whichever melt you choose, rest assured they are all hand-poured and finished with natural decorations*.
To complement the melts, I also have a selection of wax melt burners available, which can be bundled with both favor bags and snap bars for an extra special gift.
My soap bars are made using the melt and pour method with natural ingredients. Each bar is handmade and hand-cut by me. I am always adding new varieties to this range, so if you have a suggestion, please feel free to message me, and we can see what I can do.
My range of earrings is also handmade, primarily using Tibetan iron for a long-lasting look. The ear hooks are made from hygienic stainless steel.

Shipping and Returns
Shipping: I offer standard and express shipping options to ensure your products arrive safely and promptly. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Returns: Your satisfaction is my top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Product Care Instructions

Candles:
- Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use to ensure a clean, even burn.
- Allow the wax to melt to the edges of the jar during each burn to prevent tunneling.
- Keep candles away from drafts, pets, and children.
Wax Melts:
- Use with an appropriate wax melt burner.
- Do not add water or other substances to the wax.
- Allow the wax to cool completely before removing it from the burner.
Soaps:
- Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
- Allow the soap to dry between uses to extend its lifespan.
- Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading of natural colors.
Jewelry:
- Store in a dry, cool place to prevent tarnishing.
- Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and lotions.
- Clean with a soft cloth to maintain shine.
